I'm sure they work well, I'll try at another time. What is missing here IMO is:
-Barbs
-MoP
-Orders
-Blood Bond
-Minions

In short, a nec.

Minions as the poster and others have said just slow you down.
Barbs is nice but it will not be much use with only the one melee in the team.
MoP, i have tested these builds there is enough AoE already
Orders are meh as said above one physical will benefit everything else gets nothing.
Blood Bond is an interesting choice, but as ive said only 1 player you would beneift.
These ideas are all valid in 8 man areas with more melee but with only one they are kinda wasted.

And yeah i like the idea of some Emp removal in this team

The Communing rit seems the most interesting choice here, but given the hero AI and the amount of damage a melee physical can output, I don't see how this would make a relevant difference in 4 man areas.
Yeah I agree, basically but I think you may be underestimating the damage potential with communing. There's lots of synergy with channeling and communing spirit spam. With SoGM + PB, it's possible for the communing hero to even out-DPS your sin.

Mind you, I haven't run 4-man in a very long time, the best thing is to just test it for us and let us know the results :P

Since you do not bring a minion bomber, you can consider replacing your ER hero with a Communning protection rit with ST or RL. That may work better.

I've got some stupid questions.

What happens when ER runs out? The hero ER build is not capable of maintaining it. Is the hero smart enough to not spam Infuse when that happens? And if so, is the rit healer capable of picking up the redbarring slack while ER recharges?

When ER runs out, he ele has about 90 energy. He drops down to about 30-40, and then ER is recharged.
